We are going to Stop Hunger Now! Sign up to help Memorial United Methodist Church package enough meals on Saturday, May 18 at 10 am, to feed 10,000 people in just 2 hours. More than 250,000 volunteers have packaged meals though Stop Hunger Now!, a hands-on mission project for all ages. The process combines rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and flavoring mix with vitamins and minerals into small meal packages that are ready to prepare. The packages are shipped around the world to support school programs and crisis relief. The food stores easily and keeps well. The packaging event will be held in the Social Hall.
